Vintage Lace Guild Name Tag

This name tag started with a 5 inch X 4 inch muslin pillow with bosel foam as the inner piece. I added lace, doilies, and my name which I had embroidered on a piece of feedsack fabric. On the bottom when I sewed the pillow closed I added a piece of Irish Lace. I glued most of the buttons on with E6000, and sewed the doilies on by hand.
